The Little Athletics State Championships were held on 15th & 16th March 2008 at Sydney Olympic Park, Homebush.

The Mosman Little Athletics Club had two members from MPS competing, and both Simon C (6P) and Louise H (6G) came home with medals!

Simon won the silver medal in the U12 Boys 400m. He also competed in the 100m and 200m. Well done Simon!

Louise H won the gold medal in the U11 Girls 800m, which means she now has back to back State titles.

Louise also ran in the final of the 400m, finishing in exactly the same time as the bronze medalist, but placing 4th. So close!
