Instrument programs are getting underway this term for Year 2 and Year 3. A meeting was held on Wednesday afternoon in the school hall for parents to gather more facts and figures about obtaining an instrument and lessons through the school program.

I will be collating enrolment forms and presenting you with a snapshot of how we can combine to launch the students into playing and learning their chosen instrument.

Good luck with sourcing an instrument and if you can talk to parents already in the program you may get some very handy information on where instruments are available from Musicorp, at Crows Nest, is our chosen dealer this year and do offer a very thorough service.

I have a violin (3/4 size - $290), a clarinet, drum kit ($500) and a trombone ($450) for sale if you are interested from previous students. The violin is suited to upper primary students only. All are in excellent condition.

The Choral Festival Choir put on a stunning performance at the Opera House. Congratulations to all the Year 4 students involved and thank you to all the parents for supporting their children at the performance.
